Canada's Express Entry profile remains valid for up to one year. If a candidate does not receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) within that time, they may submit a new profile, provided they still qualify. Resubmitted profiles get a new timestamp and may be excluded from draws due to IRCC’s tie-breaking rule. Once an ITA is issued, the candidate has 60 days to submit a complete PR application.
