offers remain a key asset for those seeking Canadian permanent residency. Many
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) streams—nearly half of over 80 options—still
require job offers. A job offer from a provincial employer can lead to a
nomination, a crucial step in applying for PR. Additionally, job offers can
support Temporary-to-Permanent pathways, allowing foreign nationals or
temporary workers to gain Canadian experience. Though CRS points are no longer
given for arranged employment, Canadian work experience itself can add up to
180 CRS points, with just one year granting 40 points. Thus, securing a job
