To resolve this issue, the brokerage firm that is mandated by Immigration Quebec provides a standard financing option to replace the interest and brokerage fees related to the requirements to get a Canada Investor Visa. Only our Firm guarantees that the Financing Option amount determined at the moment of signing a contract will not increase even when The Bank of Canada interest rate increases. This will be confirmed in our Immigration Agreement . The Financing solution described above does not include the Legal professional fees to prepare and follow the application process. Fees are calculated after a complete review of each applicant and vary based on several individual factors

The required 1,200 000$ investment will not apply anymore with this solution.

WHAT WILL THE QIIP DO WITH YOUR INVESTMENT / FUNDING MONEY?

The required investment of 1,200,000$ Canadian is invested in a term note guaranteed by the Government of Quebec. A portion of the interest generated by the investment of 1,200,000$ or the financing option paid upfront is used to pay several financial intermediary, such as the brokerage firms. The rest of the interest generated by the investment is given to local small Businesses in the form of 0% interest loans, and invested in Sponsoring Refugees and other immigration program that benefit society.

By doing this, the Immigrant Investors to Canada contributes to the economic development of Canada in advance and helps create jobs in Quebec and Canada indirectly.

In return for your contributions, Canada and Quebec QIIP will give you the opportunity to become a Canadian Permanent Resident without taking into account all the requirements of the other types of immigration programs. This might be the best investment you have ever done and the greatest gift to your family.

How to Calculate QIIP score?

Calculations are made in accordance with the selection factors listed under "Schedule B" of Quebec's Official Gazette published on July 18, 2018. These selection factors are included in the latest Quebec immigration regulations, which came into effect on August 2, 2018..

What Is the Passing score for the QIIP?

The passing score for QIIP applicants with or without a common-law partner is 40 points with a maximum of 94 points across all factors under the latest Quebec regulations, which took effect on August 2, 2018.

What is the cut-off score and how it is that different from my passing score?

Candidates must meet the minimum or "cut-off" score of 10 points for management experience and 25 points for investment. Those that meet these required minimums must then satisfy the passing score, which is the minimum overall score that a candidate must meet in order to be considered for selection.
