Pitt Meadows, BC, topped the list, with Victoria and Winnipeg following. Data from 439 cities were analyzed based on 43 variables in categories such as economy, housing, demographics, health care, safety, education, community, amenities, transportation, and climate. Weighted scores provided a composite ranking. The study delved into each category, highlighting cities with strong attributes. No city was perfect, but the ranking aimed to offer a holistic view of overall livability for individuals arriving in Canada in the past five years.
